Mifune: Dogme 3

Kresten (Berthelsen), a self-made Yuppie, lives a life of secrets and lies. But when he's stranded in the middle of nowhere with what remains of his family (the utterly unique Asholt), the truth starts to surface — and he's not the only one with a chequered past. Mifune is the third product of Dogme95. If it's the least original, it's also the warmest and the funniest; director Soren Kragh-Jacobsen has an affection for his characters sometimes missing from the coruscating visions of Vinterberg and Von Trier. This is quality small-scale entertainment, crafted with heart, brains and humour to spare.
