Kevin Kline is a gifted comedian, but here Lawrence Kasdan seems to have
misplaced the deft comedic touch he demonstrated on The Big Chill. This
is all rather banal, with everyone trying to off obnoxious chef Kline.
Only William Hurt and Keanu Reeves hit the right note as two stoner
hitmen. Disappointing.
