Gone In Sixty Seconds
Originally released: 2000
Words of warning: check your brain at the door, you're in for a mindless ride. And not a fast one. For desperate guys with three days to steal a zillion cars, Memphis Raines (Cage) and his buddies are sure laconic about their grand theft auto. Cage looks like he's on Valium, except when facing psycho-Brit Eccleston (I'm guessing Robert Carlyle was busy), who does an OTT as a furniture-loving superfence. The car chases are few and far between, and surprisingly crap. However, Angelina Jolie dreaded and pierced and riding a Ferrari gearstick... hot. Unlike this film.
