Early passenger on the action-hero bandwagon, this silly movie sought
to evoke the golden era of Hollywood, when everyone wore evening dress,
when villains (Dalton) were dastardly but attractive, and
superheroes were simple working-class boys (Campbell) who saved the
girl (Connelly), and the day. Deservedly consigned to oblivion.
