Blown Away
Originally released: 1994
Hopkins' dismal thriller isn't just naff – it's nasty. Jeff Bridges is the bomb disposal expert with a shady past in Ireland, Tommy Lee Jones the absolute nutter intent on creating a new country called chaos, a new government called anarchy, and lots of nice big explosions along the way. Decked out with atrocious Irish accents, it's a real stink bomb.
